The Compliance page

Compliance is part of the Growth plan. Open Compliance in the sidebar to see coverage for Overall, MOT, Tax, Insurance, Driver CPC and Maintenance.

Links under Review vehicles take you straight to vehicles with expired MOT, tax or insurance, ones expiring within 30 days, and ones with expiry dates missing. Items requiring attention lists everything that needs action.

Approve updates from drivers

Drivers can send new MOT, tax or insurance details from the Vehicle tab in the app. They wait under Pending submissions until a manager checks them.

  1. 1Open Compliance and find the submission under Pending submissions.
  2. 2Check the new dates and details against the document.
  3. 3Select Approve to update the vehicle’s record.
  4. 4Or select Reject, give a reason, and select Confirm rejection. The vehicle’s record doesn’t change.

Keep the dates current

You can also update MOT, tax and insurance on the vehicle itself: edit it and fill in Compliance Information.

Driver CPC coverage comes from Driver Certifications on each member’s details page. Your operator licence number and expiry live in Company Settings.

Schedule maintenance

Open a vehicle and use Schedule maintenance in the Maintenance panel. Choose the type (Service, MOT, Inspection, Tacho calibration, Safety inspection, Brake test or Emissions test), the date and any notes.

Items show as Scheduled, then Overdue if the date passes. Record completion when the work is done. Overdue items lower your Maintenance score and can trigger maintenance alerts.

Still stuck?

Drivers: ask your fleet manager first, they can fix most access problems. Managers: sign in and open a ticket, or use the contact form if you can’t sign in.
