It is probably still on your phone waiting to send. Look at the card on your Home screen. If it says Checks still need submitting or Checks need submitting, move somewhere with good signal and tap Retry.

Yes. Everything, including photos and your signature, is saved on your phone and sent when you’re back online. Your phone just needs signal once to download the check form.

You don’t have a vehicle assigned yet. Start the check from the Checks tab and search for the registration, or ask your manager to assign the vehicle to you.

Record it in the check as Dangerous, describe it and add a photo, then submit. The vehicle should not be driven. Follow your company’s process and tell your manager straight away.

Not if you just locked your phone or the app closed: Home shows an Unfinished vehicle check card with Continue check. It is lost if you tap Cancel and then Exit.
