What works offline

You can do a whole check with no signal, including photos and your signature. When you submit, the report is saved on your phone first and sent when you’re back online.

The app needs signal once to download each check form. If it hasn’t, you’ll see “Connect once to download this form”. After that it works offline.

What the messages mean

After submitting, the completion screen and the card on Home tell you where your report is:

  1. 1Submitted: it has reached your company. Nothing else to do.
  2. 2Saved — will submit when you’re back online: it’s safe on your phone and will send when you have signal.
  3. 3Submitting checks: it’s uploading now. You can leave the screen.
  4. 4Checks still need submitting: there was a temporary problem. Tap Retry now.
  5. 5Checks need submitting: it failed to upload several times. Tap Retry failed checks when you have good signal.
  6. 6Checks saved on this device: it’s being held until you choose to send it, for example after signing out. Tap Review saved reports.

Get stuck reports moving

Sending starts when you submit, when your signal comes back, or when you tap the card. If a report is stuck, move somewhere with good signal and tap the Retry button on the Home card.

In History, the Saved reports panel lets you tick reports with Select to sync and tap Sync selected.

Signing out with reports waiting

Reports waiting to send stay on your phone when you sign out. When you sign back in to the same account, the app asks what to do: tap Sync now to send them, or Review saved reports to look first.

Still stuck?

Drivers: ask your fleet manager first, they can fix most access problems. Managers: sign in and open a ticket, or use the contact form if you can’t sign in.
