See the status
Open the Vehicle tab and scroll to Compliance Status. MOT, Tax and Insurance each show Valid, Expiring Soon or Expired, with the expiry date. Outstanding Maintenance lists any work that’s scheduled or overdue.
This is part of the Growth plan. If you see “Compliance tracking locked”, your company isn’t on it.
Send new details
When a vehicle gets a new MOT, is taxed or has its insurance renewed, you can send the new details.
- 1Tap Update on the MOT, Tax or Insurance card.
- 2Enter the new expiry date. It can’t be in the past.
- 3Add the certificate number (MOT) or policy number and provider (insurance).
- 4Add a note for the reviewer if it helps.
- 5Tap Submit. You’ll see Submitted for review.
