  • How to send repair evidence

The Vehicle tab

The Vehicle tab shows the vehicle your company has assigned to you: registration, make and model, how long it’s been assigned to you and who assigned it. Buttons at the bottom let you start a check, see its check history or report an incident.

If it says No assets found, you don’t have a vehicle assigned. Ask your manager, or pick the vehicle when you start a check.

Outstanding defects

Outstanding Defects lists every open defect on the vehicle with its severity and status. Home also shows a red Outstanding Defects panel when there are any.

  1. 1Reported: waiting for a manager to look at it.
  2. 2Acknowledged: a manager has seen it.
  3. 3In Repair: it’s being fixed.
  4. 4Pending Verification: repair evidence has been sent and is waiting for the depot to check it.
  5. 5Deferred: the repair has been put off for now.
  6. 6Rectified: fixed and closed.
  7. 7Defect Rejected: the depot decided it wasn’t a defect.

Send repair evidence

If you or a garage fix a defect, you can send proof from the app. The depot then checks it and closes the defect.

  1. 1Tap the defect, then Mark In Repair (or Start Repair on the list).
  2. 2Tap Submit rectification evidence.
  3. 3Describe the work, and add the garage or mechanic, date, parts, costs and work order reference if you have them.
  4. 4Add Evidence photos and Receipt photos.
  5. 5Tap Submit Evidence. The defect shows Pending Verification until the depot accepts or rejects it.

Still stuck?

Drivers: ask your fleet manager first, they can fix most access problems. Managers: sign in and open a ticket, or use the contact form if you can’t sign in.
