Find a past report

Search and filter your reports in History, open one to see every answer, and share it as a PDF.

Search and filter

Open the History tab to see Reports History. Search by registration, or tap the filter button to show only certain results.

  1. 1Status: All, Pass, Minor, Major, Dangerous or Resolved.
  2. 2Report type: All types, Vehicle checks, Incidents or Tail lifts.
  3. 3Tap Done. Tap Reset to clear the filters.

Open a report

Tap View Report. You’ll see the date, driver, duration, odometer and location, any trailer, the defects found with photos, every answer, and the signature. Tap a photo to see it full size.

To share the report, tap the share button at the top. It creates a PDF you can send by email or message.

Reports saved on this phone

Reports that haven’t been sent yet appear in a Saved reports panel at the top of History, marked “Saved on this device · not synced”. See Checks without signal to learn how to send them.

Still stuck?
