How vehicles are counted

Open the account menu (your avatar) and choose Billing. AutoMauve charges per vehicle: each vehicle counts once in a billing period when a check is completed on it. Vehicles that aren’t checked in that period aren’t counted.

The Billing page shows your Current Plan, Upcoming Invoice, Vehicles counted for billing, Payment Methods, Billing Details and Invoices.

What each plan includes

Pay-As-You-Go: one site, Vehicle Check question sets using the included templates, and up to 3 photos per defect.

Starter: one site, all check types, up to 5 custom question sets, email alerts and up to 10 photos per defect.

Growth: unlimited sites and question sets, plus compliance tracking, maintenance, driver certifications, branded PDF reports and Insights.

Invoices and payment

Download or pay invoices from the Invoices list. Use Update Payment Method to change your card. Cancel Subscription stops renewal, and Resume subscription undoes that before the period ends.

Read-only mode

If billing lapses, your account becomes read-only. Everything you’ve recorded stays available to view, but you can’t add or change records, publish question sets, import or send test alerts, and alerts stop sending.

An admin can fix this from Billing by paying the outstanding invoice, updating the card or choosing a plan.

Still stuck?

Drivers: ask your fleet manager first, they can fix most access problems. Managers: sign in and open a ticket, or use the contact form if you can’t sign in.
