Find a report

Open Reports in the sidebar. The Asset Reports page shows totals for passed checks, defects, incidents, tail-lift checks and this week’s reports, then every report underneath.

Use the filters to narrow by status, check type, vehicle, trailer, driver, site or date. Statuses are Passed, Passed with defects, Failed — major, Failed — dangerous and Resolved.

What a report shows

Open a report to see every answer, any defects with their photos, the vehicle and trailer, odometer, driver, site, start and finish time, duration, weather, location map and the driver’s signature.

A report’s status updates as its defects are dealt with. When every defect is closed, a failed report shows as Resolved.

Export and share

On a report, select Export to download it as a PDF. The PDF also includes the phone model and app version the driver used.

To share several at once, select them in the list and use Download PDFs or Email Reports. Emailing lets you add recipients, a subject and a message.

Incident follow-ups

Incident reports can raise follow-up items instead of defects. Each shows a priority of Routine, Important or Urgent. Use Mark reviewed when you’ve looked at it, and Close follow-up when it’s dealt with.

Still stuck?

Drivers: ask your fleet manager first, they can fix most access problems. Managers: sign in and open a ticket, or use the contact form if you can’t sign in.
